Account Activation

• Shared and WordPress Hosting accounts are activated instantly upon successful payment.
• VPS and Dedicated Servers may take up to 24–48 hours for provisioning.

Service Access
You will receive account login details and setup information via email immediately after activation.

Suspension & Termination

• Services may be suspended for non-payment or policy violations.
• Customers can cancel any service at any time through the client portal.

Support Availability
24/7 technical support is provided through our support ticket system and email.
