3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email

5. Payment Terms
Billing
- All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

- Payment must be received before services are activated
Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans
- Refunds do not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or add-on services
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase
- Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds
Late Payments
- Accounts not paid within 7 days of due date will be suspended
- Accounts not paid within 14 days may be terminated
- A reactivation fee may apply for suspended accounts
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits:
- 99.0% - 99.8% uptime: 5% credit
- 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 10% credit
- Below 95% uptime: 25% credit
Exclusions
The uptime guarantee does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Issues caused by your applications or scripts
- DDoS attacks or security incidents
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service failures
7. Data Backup and Security
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss. Our backup service is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
8. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts must comply with fair usage policies:
- CPU usage should not consistently exceed allocated limits
- Storage and bandwidth should be used reasonably
- Database queries should be optimized
- Excessive resource usage may require upgrade to higher plan
9. Account Termination
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your client area. Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid charges.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of our services or support team
- Legal requirements
10. Intellectual Property

LogaxHosting shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold LogaxHosting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
